She also worked at another conservative public relations firm, managing several high-profile accounts where she secured hundreds of TV, radio, and other earned media for clients. She further served four years on Capitol Hill working for two congressmen, managing their communications shops. Her background additionally includes working at a newspaper, the Georgia General Assembly, and a law firm.

Caroline was raised outside of Atlanta, Georgia. She studied at the University of North Georgia, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in English Publication and Writing and a minor in Political Science. After college, she attended the John Jay Institute, a post-graduate residential fellowship program for young professionals. She currently resides in South Dakota with her husband and son.
